Payment and Insurance

Payment is required at the time of treatment. We accept most debit and credit cards, cash, or cheque with card.

Clients joining our Gold Club have the benefits of spreading payment for their routine (vaccination/flea/wormer) care over direct debits, and gain a 10% reduction on almost all other services.

Clients who have Derby Council Gold Cards can use these as from March 1st 2008 to receive 10% reduction of the price of consultation fees, and vaccinations. Please note that this IS available at all our branches, but NOT valid for reduction on drugs/diets/operations etc-just the consultation fee and vaccinations. Only one discount is available if for instance a client is a Gold card holder, and our own Gold Club member.Thanks!

One in three pets needs an unexpected visit to the vet each year.
Insurance can give the peace of mind that you need. It means we never have to compromise the quality of care available on the basis of cost.
As a practice we strongly recommend insurance, and are happy to supply more information on insurance, or can give instant cover.
We use Petplan insurance, and you can apply on-line at www.petplan.co.uk/vet or, talk to their pet insurance advisors on 0800 072 7000.

Alternatively, we can issue SAME-DAY INSURANCE  when we see your pet for a check up, and you get your first 2 months insurance free when your pet visits us, and you take out a Petplan Lifetime Policy. Conditions apply.
