We are in the fortunate position that we offer a full 24hrs clinical service for our clients. This means, that when the branches and main hospital are closed for the day, our clients have the peace of mind that their animals can still receive urgent care at any time during the night.

We have a dedicated team who solely work out of hours. This team is extremely experienced in dealing with all manner of emergencies, both medical and surgical. Included within the team are those holding additional qualifications, including that in emergency medicine and critical care.

Our out of hours team integrates with our day team as cases are handed over in the mornings and evenings. This service means that none of our clients have to travel to other out-of-hours clinics further away, nor have to travel back for daytime care to be continued.

All amenities available in the day are also accessible at night, meaning that should you beloved animal require blood work, X-rays, ultrasound and more, they are all at hand to be utilised to provide the highest level of care for your pet.

Out-of-hours clinics start at 7pm and continue through to 8am. Should you find yourself requiring the out of hours service, you simply call 0115 9727050 and you will get put through to the night team, which is based at the Long Eaton Hospital.

All services are payable on collection of your animal, but some emergency procedures may necessitate an upfront payment depending on the situation.
